Born in Iran, Maziar immigrated to the United States for higher education in 1981 and established his roots in US after the 1978 revolution in Iran. For the past 37 years, he has owned and operated a civil engineering firm, where he instills his values in an exceptional team of colleagues and is currently transitioning leadership to his son, also a civil engineer. Maziar’s contributions extend beyond his professional realm; he is a long tenured member in Palm Beach County Economic Council, a non partisan privately funded group made up of CEO’s of the top 100 companies in various fields in Palm Beach County.He has been the Chair for “Water Resources & Environment” subcommittee of the Council since its inception, leveraging his expertise to drive positive change locally and statewide.
