I am a dedicated HR and International Business graduate with an MBA from Savitribai Phule Pune University, specializing in recruitment, HR operations, and data management. Recently, I completed my internship as a Human Resource Specialist at Ascentia Organisation, where I successfully managed recruitment, payroll processing, issue resolution, data tracking, and attrition analysis with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Previously, during my internship at Hansa Vahan India Private Limited, I gained hands-on experience in talent acquisition, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.com to streamline recruitment efforts.
