As Crusher & Concentrator Manager, I led a team of 250 employees across operations, maintenance, and metallurgy, overseeing the processing of 70 million tonnes of ore and the production of 26 million tons of concentrate. Together, we developed and implemented optimized maintenance strategies that reduced downtime and delivered significant cost savings, while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. We also successfully commissioned and launched the operation of a water treatment plant, reinforcing our commitment to environmental compliance and process excellence.

As an Asset Management Advisor at Systemex Industrial Consulting, I supported clients in the mining sector through the development and implementation of maintenance and reliability management processes, including RCM3 and PAS55 frameworks.
