About

I am currently a senior at Carnegie Mellon University. I am studying Computer Science with an additional major in Robotics and a minor in Computational Finance, and am planning to graduate in May 2022. In the past 4 years, I have completed 4 internships in a variety of subjects, each one expanding my area of expertise. In Summer 2018 I developed a full-stack application for truck rentals at Ryder, using the Angular framework for the front-end and a .NET application for the back-end. The following summer, I worked on back-end development for mobile applications at Google’s Mobile Ads team, improving the ad load latency for users of the AdMob API. Last summer, I worked on the People You May Know team at Facebook, developing a machine learning model to increase the exposure of new users to help them gain friends quicker. This summer, I worked on the AI Personalization Platform team at Facebook to develop a replacement module in PyTorch for the Embedding module, which dynamically allocates memory in order to improve memory usage during distributed training. I have a wide variety of interests in the many subfields of computer science, including Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning. I would love to discover new ways to apply these technologies to problems in both the Tech industry and the Fintech industry.
