Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to renovating doors, windows, shutters and other restoration activities primarily related to older homes. Manage Charlotte area crews, meet with new and existing customers, and perform quality checks of crews work. Participate in the development of projects and oversee their organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Participate with teams for hands-on work as needed to complete projects.
