In my current role, I am the sole global account manager for my employer’s largest account. In this capacity, I serve as the a technical and commercial interface between my customer and our production facilities in the US and Japan, as well as domestic and international sub-supplier plants. In order to do this effectively, I lead cross-functional teams comprised of purchasing, engineering, quality, R&D and production. I am also responsible for forecasting and production planning, quoting new products, and negotiating contracts and pricing with the customer. My strong science background (Physics), married with my sales experience allows me to do this in an effective and seamless manner.
