Has provided government-wide and Departmental leadership in the on-going development, implementation, and oversight of performance management efforts including strategic and annual planning and reporting, and multi-billion dollar grant and credit programs. Since 1999, has been providing process improvement leadership and discipline across USDA and other Federal departments. Holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from Baker University and has taught as an adjunct professor of Human Resources Management at Friends University.
