Participation in the construction and assembly of a drying oven for Granja Tres Arroyos and in the manufacturing of components for sand silos at La Milagrosa quarry.

Design and construction of an Arduino-controlled CNC milling machine for PCB machining. Design, development, and manufacturing of circuits and electronic boards using Autodesk Eagle PCB. Online commercialization of tools, accessories, spare parts, and products for CNC machining. Obtained an honor loan in 2019 under the Young Entrepreneurs program.

General inspection of boilers, including assessment of water treatment efficiency by inspecting the interior, measuring thicknesses, and collecting samples. Pressure testing and leak detection in various regional industries. Testing and conditioning of safety elements, including level gauges, alarms, pressure gauges, and overpressure valves. Ultrasonic measurements on sheets of boilers, ammonia tanks, and compressed air tanks.

Responsible for the design and development of a fully automated adhesion testing machine for thin coatings (Scratch Test) based on ASTM C-1624 standards. Participated in the control and development of ion nitriding tests on steels. Worked on the creation of the scales for two optical microscopes. Participated in performing destructive and non-destructive tests, including Pin on Disk wear tests, abrasive tests, hardness measurement, and roughness measurement. Optical metallography analysis of samples. Responsible for the modification and improvement of the Pin on Disk testing machine, primarily focusing on automation, data recording, and process variable control. Participated in national and international conferences on Metallography, Ion Nitriding, and Materials Technology.
