Responsible to the production planning E2E with ~85MM montlhy units with a team of Senior planners including raw material purchasing while improving proceses.

Develop and agree on production plans with the different areas involved in the supply chain in order to align them with demand to maximize production and ensure compliance with customer service. 1. Planning and control of the mechanized cigar areas. 2. Planning and follow-up of Export orders (Clients/Shipments). 3. Machine-to-machine planning. 4. Responsible for the comprehensive monitoring and analysis process of the Supply Chain KPIs 5. Process Improvement Projects and Lean Manufacturing. 6. Preparation and monitoring of the weekly Shipping Plan.

1. Management of the process analyst team focused on the mechanized area. 2. Management and monitoring of the KPIs of the mechanized production process. 3. Analysis of all the daily, weekly and monthly metrics of the production areas. 4. Responsible for improvement management projects in both the Rolling and Packaging LRMO/HMO areas. 5. Implementation of the KPI OEE Mechanized. (Implementation and training).
