* Designed and implemented a novel algorithm to predict kinase-substrate interactions. This algorithm improves the prediction methods by at least 20 percent and also has 100% coverage for prediction (i.e predict kinase for all phosphosites in the experiment). The result of this algorithm is a big step toward personalized medicine and identification of new drug targets. * Designed and implemented a novel algorithm to find multiple locus and gene candidates for risk assessment. It is applied on seven different diseases such as Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, Hypertension, Bipolar Disorder, etc. The new algorithm has 40 percent improvement in risk assessment (in the best case). * Designed and implemented a novel algorithm to prioritize locus pairs in order to identify epistasis using genome-wide association studies of psoriasis and type two diabetes * Designed and implemented a novel method to identify significant functionally-related modules using network analysis of genome-wide association studies and statistical analysis. The experiments show the identified modules are statistically significant against other existing methods.

Designed and implemented a new algorithm to find a co-target genes in order to overcome drug resistance using spectral graph theory and clustering algorithm

BPMS research project: Design, development and deployment of SOAP based Web Services using Java in order to automate business processes. Used some protocols and framework such as Bpel, LDAP, Hibernate and extjs for implementation.

Designed new algorithm to build Triplet and phylogenetic network. Used constructed phylogenetic network for multiple sequence alignment and compares against other existed methods.
