Owning full accountability for all credit operations, developed policies and procedures for proper management of collections and credit activity. •Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers. •Manage a staff that is responsible for credit decisions on customer’s loan requests. •Monitor adherence to and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the transaction and portfolio. •Plans and directs all aspects of mortgage credit policies, objectives, initiatives and Suggest revisions to credit products, policy, and process as results of loan reviews. •Assist with the portfolio management of the company’s retail credit portfolio through analysis of performance trends and quality reviews, recommending changes to the loan policies, processes, or procedures as appropriate. •Monitor loan originations to ensure adherence to credit policy and that loan decisions are safe and sound. •Maintain on-going communication with both internal and external constituencies regarding loan portfolio. •Manages process flows, distribution of workload and ensures efficient pipeline progress to ensure processing staff meets service level agreements and communication with originators. •Serves as a subject matter expert for Mortgage System and ensures timely testing of system enhancements and changes. •Ensures compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations. •Trains new team members as needed and conducts ongoing training with the existing team on the regulatory, industry, and company changes. •Manage the day-to-day activities of the Mortgage Operations Division. Provides leadership, direction and growth opportunities to team members, performing those responsibilities by the Company's policies and applicable laws. •Responsible for evaluations, writing and updating procedures, overseeing implementation and training for systems and procedures, creating or utilizing databases and reports to maintain and improve operational/data integrity.

•Managing the mortgage Credit Function including, Underwriting, Verification, Collection & Engineering. •Review collection reports to ascertain the status of collection and balance outstanding and to evaluate the effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures. •Prepare regular reports and analysis for top management for effective monitoring and control. •Member of the Credit Committee & the Asset and Liability Committee. •Review the underwriting report according to the Credit policy and present the recommendation to the credit committee. •Obtain sign-off on the credit report from the appropriate party according to the Approval Authority matrix. •Assist in the development/implementation phases of the company business plan.

•Preparing all the financials/disbursement documents needed to be signed by the client. •Closing the approved deals with the clients while ensuring Ensure that all the conditions stated in the credit memo are fulfilled. •Responsible for generating the reports requested by the EFSA.

•Coordination with the involved departments to ensure the speed in execution of the funding process and applying All underwriting conditions to finalize signing off the contracts properly. •Follow up on the issuance of the insurance policies (Life and Fire policies). •Preparing all funding documents to be signed by the client.

•Review and evaluate the daily work done by the funding unit and Maintain a line of communication between the unit and other departments to ensure that the process flows smoothly. And Answer customer's questions about their statement’s information.
