As the Startup Ecosystem Development Manager at New Uzbekistan University, I lead the creation of a dynamic innovation ecosystem connecting academia and industry. I design and implement startup strategies, develop entrepreneurship policies, and organize bootcamps and pitch events to support student and faculty ventures while building partnerships with investors and incubators to expand opportunities and impact.

As an Entrepreneur In Residence, I help to develop the business ideas of students at WIUT and support them in establishing their startups. Over the past two years, our lab has successfully launched six startups, two of which have achieved significant success, with a combined valuation of 10 million dollars.

My main duties were: • To help developing and distributing Annual Board Meeting Schedule and forwards agendas; • Providing support, research and coordination for all board educational events; • Moreover, to help developing effective working relationships with employees at all levels.

My main duties were: • Communicate with foreign buyers on orders and shipment; • Send price quotes and (Pro forma Invoices); • Prepare and send commercial documents to importers of company goods (i.e. commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin).

My main responsibilities were: • To help coordinating State/Official visits; both inbound and outbound; • To help organizing international summits/conferences/ meetings/ events.
