Marty Bonick

Marty Bonick is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ardent Health (NYSE:ARDT), one of the largest public health systems in the United States. With approximately $6.5 billion in net revenue, Ardent operates 30 hospitals and more than 300 care sites across mid-sized urban markets nationwide. The organization employs over 25,000 team members, including 2,000+ aligned providers, who collectively deliver care through more than 5.5 million patient encounters annually. A seasoned healthcare executive with nearly 30 years of leadership experience, Marty has a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and quality improvement across diverse healthcare environments. His background spans for-profit, non-profit, public, and privately held organizations, and includes leadership roles in academic medical centers, multi-site health systems, and physician services organizations. Marty is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and actively contributes to the industry through board service. He serves on the boards of the Federation of American Hospitals and the Nashville Health Care Council, as well as the boards of Community Hospital Corporation (Dallas, TX) and the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) at Auburn University.
