At Virgin Galactic I have been responsible for the Astronaut Experience and Hospitality for Virgin Galactic, the world’s first commercial space-line. My commitment to unique, distinct and tailor-made experiences is recognized by Richard Branson and led to my appointment at Virgin Galactic where I built and developed the end-to-end customer experience in New Mexico, including the fit-out of Spaceport America and I managed the customer experience around Richard Branson’s spaceflight.

I joined SKC in the pre-opening phase. The South Kensington Club is a place unlike any other which aims to stimulate both mind and body. Situated in the heart of the Borough, it offers unrivalled lifestyle services for local residents, travelers and adventurers alike. We developed the membership only club to accommodate every wish from the cultural and culinary, to the physical and philosophical. Within there are sitting rooms, a Mediterranean restaurant, second-to-none fitness and well-being facilities, a bathhouse (complete with Russian Banyas and Turkish Hammams) and a 'Watsu Pool'. we opened SKC in the summer of 2015 with a team of 80 talented team members

I was involved as (pre-opening) General Manager in the start up of a unique wellness retreat, Vana, Malsi Estate (now Six Senses Vana) in the foothills of the Himalayas, India. Vana offers a holistic approach to well-being, using traditional healing systems such as Ayurveda, Yoga and Tibetan Traditional Medicine. Surrounded by forest, the wellness retreat opened late 2013 with 90 rooms and 43 treatment rooms

Necker Island, sir Richard Branson's private island. A 71 acre private island located just north of Virgin Gorda in the BVI's. During my time as General Manager, Necker Island grew from a private hide away for the stars to a paradise for those who wanted to get away from everyday life, spend valuable time with the family or just celebrate a special occasion with friends. This whilst it remained the perfect Hideaway destination for the family. Necker island rose to fame due to the frequent visits from the A-listers. It's appearance in several TV travel shows, it being the backdrop for the US TV show the Today's show feature 'where in the word is Matt Lauer', and because it has hosted the team responsible for creating the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. As GM my involvement in the day to day operations was a given, additionally, we developed new areas on the Island such as a massage pavilion, a enormous pool by the beach, a new helicopter pad and several other smaller units. I was also involved in designing and specifying new speedboats (Scorpion RIB and Midnight Express). We also build a new RO Plant to provide the island with fresh water. Special attention was paid to the landscaping of the island, as the BVI's are renowned for being extremely dry. We also engaged in projects to improve the diversity in fauna by importing flamingos from Cuba and Iguanas from our neighbouring island Anageda. All in all a fantastic time on a fantastic island. I will treasure our Bonfires on the beach, disco nights at the House and our Hobie 16 races to Anegada. Thanks to a team of 50 talented team members this Island will always be a top destination in the Caribbean.
