From December 1995 to October 1998 I was the State Manager for Tyndall Australia for South Australia. From October 1998 to the takeover by Royal & Sun Alliance of Tyndall I was the State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania. In this role I had 6 BDMs and overall responsibility for achieving the sales budgets for 2 states. My role was very focused on all of the key aspects of sales. Defining sales territories and ensuring clients are professionally developed and managed. Managed a number of key financial planning accounts. I completed seven subjects (DFP1 to DFP7) towards a Diploma of Financial Planning, was PS146 compliant and had authorised representative status as I was giving advice on products. .
