About

Previously an owner of a successful Information Technology Integration organisation CIC Technology, specialising in IT infrastructure, management services, consulting and contracting services, systems design and deployment. The business grew over 15 years to become a $60 million organisation with locations across Australia and clients primarily from Australia, New Zealand and Asia. After successfully selling the business in 1999, commenced contracted services in restructuring businesses and implementing change management. These experiences have taken me across IT, manufacturing, distribution, financial, legal and community services organisations; from start-up organisations to multinationals. In 2004, started a one year contract as CEO for Interchange Australia to restructure and build the business. Interchange Australia is a not-for-profit organisation providing services to people with disability, the frail aged and their carers. From 2004 to 2021 the business has grown by over 4,000% and expanded their service area from a single office in the Wingecarribee to multiple office locations and facilities spanning from South West Sydney to the Victorian Border. Interchange provides an array of services across multiple verticals in NDIS, Aged Care and brokerage services. My business experience, achievements and successes have allowed me to participate on a number of boards and consortiums across a number of commercial and community organisations in an array of verticals, as part of the executive, as a general board member and in advisory capacities. My experiences traversed, organisational startups, consortia, organic and acquisitions for organisational growth, restructuring and change management.
