Processed small business credit requests up to $2MM originated by financial centers and telephone bankers. Conducted all client contact including: identification of credit needs, loan structuring, obtaining financial information, negotiation of rates and terms, and communication of loan decisions.

Partnered with Small Business Client Managers and Underwriters to monitor and maintain the credit quality of reationships in excess of $1MM. Performed annual reviews, and cash flow analysis and monitored borrowing base compliance.

Evaluated, processed and approved new credit requests and renewals up to $500K. Identified policy exceptions and made recommendations to mitigate credit risk.
