In charge of the Health, Safety & Environment department of Wade Adam’s branch in Cyprus. Also responsible for the company’s public relations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG compliance.

As one of the 2 founders of Philippou Bros Energeia Ltd, Mr. Philippou currently holds the position of the company's Managing Director, as well as the the head engineer. As the company's General Manager, he is in charge of all its operations. The company has already constructed its first photovoltaics power plant in Cyprus, with an overall capacity of 100kw, which has been connected to the electricity network since February 2015, providing the island, "safe"​ and "green" energy from a renewable source. The company is now in the stage of planning additional investments in the field of renewable energy systems. In addition, Philippou Bros Energeia Ltd is providing civil and environmental engineering as well as health and safety training services, to companies and individuals, both locally and internationally.

The company is a newly establish trading company, involved in the e-commerce sector, selling high quality organic products from Mount Athos (Ayio Oros) in Greece, i.e wine and olive oil, primarily targeting the domestic and selected European markets. The Cyprus Youth Council (CYC) is a volunteer, non–governmental, non–profit organization, aiming at promoting dialogue and cooperation between youth in Cyprus and also connecting them with youth in Europe and Globally. Its areas of interest include, human rights and equality, employment and social issues, active citizenship and life-long learning, non formal education & youth policies. CYC seeks to act as a platform of exchange and communication between all youth NGOs in Cyprus.
