SICOVAD is a waste management company that operate in the eastern region of France. Main Task-> Audit of a waste tax: The "special fee" or "environment fee" was created for non-domestic clients (restaurants, companies etc) that are heavy waste producers, in order for them to be conscious of the environment and of how much waste they produce. The fee price is evolves considering the amount of waste collected. Analyzing and creation of a plan for better efficiency on all levels. I studied the tax and the process in place at the time to then be able to give possible modification advises for the management team to consider and pick from. From the Financial system to how data collection system, I constructed a report for each part of the Tax process.

Front cash desk manager and Team Management: My first summer job that I had the chance to keep for 6 Years straight, I am thankful for the experience I have from it. I enjoyed working as a part of a team, as a team leader but also independently. This experience required a lot of efficiency, work/work place/time management as wellas quick reactivty.I am thankful for the skills I built there.

This program is designed and implemented by the Ministry of Justice, through its Social Integration Division. The program consists of two halves: Korean language training and Understanding Korean Society. Participants that pass this receive a certificate, and can more easily get Korean citizenship.
