Eurelectric's mission is to contribute to the development and competitiveness of the electricity industry, to provide effective representation for the industry in public affairs and to promote the role of a low-carbon electricity mix in the advancement of society. As an Events Advisor, Marianne is responsible for Stakeholder engagement via Eurelectric experiences. She aims to elevate emotions among the energy industry players across 32 European countries by providing high-level engagement opportunities for Eurelectric members. Marianne is involved in organising the Annual Power Summits, Partner roundtables, seminars, workshops, and other experiences.

Responsible for attending the meetings, following discussions and negotiations within the OSCE framework, especially focusing on informal working groups, Permanent Council's and Human Dimension's meetings, and Forum for Security and Co-operation weekly meetings. The assignments varied roughly from analyzing relevant documents in preparation to these meetings and compiling reports from each session.

Managing the operational and logistics aspects for the EU Gateway to China programme. During the period 2016 – 2018, the trade promotion programme will facilitate 4 business missions to China, involving over 200 European companies in specific sectors. EU Gateway to China is an initiative funded by the European Union supporting European companies to establish long-lasting business collaborations in China. The overall objective of EU Gateway to China is to strengthen the presence of European companies in key markets.

As a Project Officer at the China and South-East Asia IPR SME Helpdesks, I am responsible for the communication and marketing strategy implementation and outreach activities. I create IP-related online publications, such as infographics, newsletters and E-bulletins, conduct online trainings, such as webinars, and produce audio and video podcasts. I gather statistics on online platforms for all the reports submitted under the Helpdesks. Also, I support event management activities by liaising with intermediary organisations and experts.

Responsible for German, Austrian, Swiss, U.S. and international media monitoring, as well as allocating and analyzing media reflections on Estonia, in order to transmit important news to fellow colleagues. Furthermore, drafting the weekly Estonian News Review for the Foreign Ministry homepage and creating descriptive brochure materials about Estonia. Additionally, working in collaboration with other departments, she renewed and upgraded policy area background documents and compiled information about the Open Government Partnership.

* CETA Market Access Program for EU Business * the Market Access Support Program for EU Businesses in Canada in the CETA Context was launched in January 2017 by the EU to: * help EU business to gain comprehensive, sector-specific information about the new opportunities that CETA will bring; * identify existing market access barriers in Canada on both federal and provincial levels; * create a sustainable channel of communication between EU businesses in or seeking to enter Canada and institutional stakeholders.

The daily work responsibilities varied from reporting on and analysing the OSCE discussions and events, information management, assistance in networking with counterparts, drafting correspondence and secretarial support. Considering the time being, great emphasis of the tasks was on the work carried out by Special Monitoring Mission and Observer Mission in Ukraine. Additionally, the focus was put on following the meetings and discussions during OSCE Permanent Council, Security Dimension and Human Dimension meetings and conferences accordingly. In addition, I drafted the documents on proposed UNHCR involvement for the 2014 OSCE Ministerial Council and for the UNHCR Sub-Regional Representatives Meeting for South-Eastern Europe.
