Conducted in depth research on 75+ companies across multiple industries and sectors Involved in the execution of 4 acquisition projects and supported the various due diligence workstreams Prepared teaser presentations and contacted 100+ investment funds and family offices Managed the data room to secure and efficient information sharing in the M&A process Assisted in building valuation models, including trading multiples and DCF analyses.

Conducted in depth analyses of COGS and Cash Performance Utilized financial reporting tools like Polaris to extract and present financial data for decision-making processes Assisted the M&A manager in preparing 3 monthly strategy performance presentations for the board Supported tasks including annual financial closure, presentations, and forecasting Analyzed bottling volumes across production site for a deeper understanding of operational efficiencies
