With many years of experience in corporate communications and investor relations, specializing in listed companies and direct collaboration with CEOs, Management Boards and Top Management, I have built a strong track record in developing impactful communication strategies, managing corporate reputation, and navigating complex business challenges. As Head of Group Communications at Zumtobel Group with 5,300 employees, I am responsible for the company’s internal and external communications. Together with the team, we lead strategic and operational initiatives across all channels. Internally, we launched a company-wide employee app and established quarterly global livestreams for our employees. Externally, we strengthened our voice through regular press releases, a corporate podcast, high quality video content, and a strong LinkedIn presence. We introduced a corporate influencer program and positioned our CEO as a visible and credible industry voice. We deliver 360° campaigns on sustainability, digitalization, and other strategic topics in close cooperation with HR, Investor Relations, and Project Management. Previously, I was responsible for investor relations and corporate communications at Wolford AG, leading crisis communications, an M&A process, a capital increase, restructuring initiatives, and the sale of the company’s headquarters, which ranked among the top three real estate transactions in Vorarlberg in 2020. I am also a core member of several committees and juries in the field of communications, including the Staatspreis PR (PRVA).
