My role as Personal Development Manager is to support the entire Munster squad, including fulltime and academy players as well as all past players within the Munster province. Using the existing five pillared model as a central point of delivery, I assist in career exploration and development, personal development and up skilling, brand awareness, financial road mapping and general player wellbeing. I utilise both national and local experts from a range of backgrounds, allowing me to not only assist the current crop of professionals but to also be instrumental in the induction of new players and also the smooth transitioning of retiring players.

I work as a reporter on Rugby Beo on TG4. The program provides live coverage of games from the URC competition. My role is to interview coaches and players before and after games and also provide analysis and opinion throughout the program.

I have been invited onto sports programs on both national and local radio and television. I have also spoken at numerous corporate events and company team building days.

I am a member of the board of directors of a local charity called the Learning Hub. It is based in Kileely on the North side of Limerick city, close to Thomond Park. The Hub offers a wide range of facilities to young children from the surrounding areas. These facilities are dividend into their different 'Hubs'. The Hubs range from art, music, science, health, digital (digihub) and creative writing (story hub). The hubs are run mainly by volunteers from the third level institutions of the city and by the staff of the hub. Please check out the website at www.learninghub.ie.

My focus was to coach the basic techniques for scrummaging based on good body awareness and body shape. Working through the process of building a scrum, I prepared the full scrum unit for match day during the inter-pro series and analysed the players and unit throughout. I was also part of a group that set up the 123 club that is run by Munster rugby. The club was founded to talent search for front row players in the province while also coaching and developing those players in the correct techniques. The club also educates other coaches in the province on coaching the scrum.

Manage and maintain 2 residential properties in the Limerick area. - Clean and renovate properties for renting. - Advertise properties online and locally. - Arrange and manage viewings. - Process & manage tenancies. - Manage maintenance and up keep of properties. - Manage rent and tax.

I lectured on the modules; Strength & Conditioning for Sport and Leadership & Teamwork for the Higher Certificate in Sports Development in Arts in Sports Development & Coaching. I also lectured on the module Sport and Community Development for the BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Sports Management

As Head Coach of the Shannon Senior rugby team I oversaw the running, coaching and selection of the 1st and of the 2nds teams. During the off season, along with my S&C coach and other coaches, I planned, designed and implemented a preseason training program for the entire squad. Also during this time I worked on player recruitment from the surrounding rugby schools. During the in season I planned rugby sessions for the players and coordinated with my other coaches in implementing the sessions. As a coaching staff we reviewed and analysed opposition teams as well as our own games and provided feedback to players. Our aim was to improve our players individually and collectively with a strong emphasis on teamwork and enjoyment.
