* Spearheaded Big Data database administration for Mexico’s leading credit bureau, managing Cassandra and Hadoop clusters. * Architected and maintained one of Mexico’s largest credit data platforms, supporting over 70 million records and 50+ TB of distributed data. * Designed fault-tolerant Cassandra and Hadoop clusters, achieving 99.95% uptime and sub-second query performance. * Implemented automated monitoring, backup, and recovery protocols, reducing incident response time by 60%. * Enforced data security and access controls aligned with ISO 27001 and internal governance policies.
