The PM / Physician Recruitment is responsible for recruiting physicians for Prime hospitals’ medical groups across the company, and assisting with the development of strategic physician recruitment plans. The position has the additional focus of helping the Medical Groups Vice President with project management support in practice enhancement and development activities.

The Recruiter is responsible for candidate development of active and passive candidates for high volume positions in the organization. Will have extensive interaction with hiring managers with a consultative approach that drives the candidate management process to facilitate a greater volume of candidates in the recruitment life cycle.

Responsible for strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of QTC. Recruits qualified medical providers of all specialties; negotiates fees and generates contracts and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines; Performs research and initial interviews to identify and determine candidate suitability for placement. Conducts initial familiarization training during recruitment to ensure provider willingness and ability to perform services. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
