I was responsible in yearly writing and submission of the State grant to cotinue as a state SES provider. I was responsible for all recruitment and training of tutors. I also developed and disseminated all advertising for our services. I handled the oversight of day-to-day operations of the tutoring program within the 13 schools we received students which included selecting/purchasing/distributing all curricula and supplies, site visits, and tutor evaluations. I also prepared and submitted all billing for services rendered on a monthly basis. I worked closely with district personnel to ensure the fidelity of our program. I also completed yearly audits and submissions required by the Florida Department of Education.

I am responsbible for all aspects of the Take Stock in Children Program for St. Johns County. I recruit and select scholarship recipients. I recruit, train and place all volunteer mentors with students within the program. I handle all Program Management areas including (and not limited to): budgets, grants, scholarship donations, state reporting, ensuring fidelity to students' contracts etc. I am also responsible for meeting with each student individually on a quarterly basis to ensure success in high school and matriculation to post secondary educational institutions. Keeping an open line of communications with all parents/guardians of students in the program is also an essential part of my job.
