À titre de chef SST et mesures d’urgence, j’ai eu à supporter les gestionnaires dans la réalisation des différentes activités de prévention (analyse de risque, enquête d’incident, comité SST, etc.) de l’entreprise. Ma position consistait également à donner une orientation stratégique en matière de prévention et de réduction des incidents à l’équipe de Direction. Le service de santé et la Brigade d’intervention d’urgence était sous ma responsabilité. J’ai eu à gérer une équipe pluridisciplinaire de 10 personnes et un budget de 1,2 millions $.
