Operation Manager of the Hydrotreatment department, leading a 90 people's team to fulfill all the production goals and perform an efficient, lean and safety operation of 17 process units, including the biggest hydrogen plant in Europe.

Product Owner of the Heat X project: monitoring and prediction of fouling in exchange trains of distillation units. Through agile methodology and using artificial intelligence, we are able to predict heat exchanger's fouling in distillation units, allowing us to save CO2 and flue gas, as well as anticipating production losses.

Engineer of the Fuels department, in charge of coordinating issues associated with production (Process Optimization, Energy Efficiency, Coordination of works with Maintenance department, Guaranteeing Safety in all plant activities, Investment Management and proposals to improve the department, department cost management, etc). The department involves 100 people to support and the following process units: 1 Hydrocracker, 1 Diesel HDS, 1 Catalytic Reformer, 1 PSA, 2 Distillation Units, 2 Gas Concentrations, 1 Merox, 3 Naphtha HDS, 1 Benzene Hydrogenation Unit, as well as the management of fuel gas, hydrogen and flare networks.

During 1 week a month (9 months) I was studying the Maintenance Management Master at the Repsol CSFR in Móstoles. The master deals with all aspects of Maintenance management, giving a vision of them from all the specialties involved's point of view. In addition, special emphasis is placed on Reliability as a key tool for continuous improvement of oil and gas companies and maintenance in general. The master is taught by Repsol professionals with long experience, receiving the support of other oil and gas experts

Engineer of the Hydrotreatment department, in charge of coordinating issues associated with production (Process Optimization, Energy Efficiency, Coordination of works with Maintenance department, Guaranteeing Safety in all plant activities, Investment Management and proposals to improve the department, department cost management, etc). The department involves 80 people to support and the following process units 2 hydrogen plants, 3 sulfur plants, 3 amine regeneration units, 2 acid water stripping units, 4 HDS, 1 Merox, 1 soda treatment plant and 1 plant of tempered water.

Process Department Engineer dedicated to monitoring the different process units of the refinery in the medium and long term, monitoring catalysts, improvement proposals, technical assistance, technical support to operational departments, performing basic engineering of investments proposals, implementing energy efficiency improvements, taking part in audits, etc ...

Student of the Master of Refining, Petrochemicals and Gas at the Repsol CSFR in Móstoles Specific training in all Repsol working areas, delving into refining processes, carrying out an engineering project, production planning issues and start up / shutdown of different process units

Intern in a European project ESPRIT (Thermal degradation of polymers) Publication of an international article: "Thermal degradation analysis of short-time heated polymers" published in "Journal of Thermoplastic Composite Materials" (2013) carried out at the Institut für Werkundverkstoffe (IVW) in Kaiserslautern (Germany)

Summer intern in the engineering department of SABIC IP, working in collaboration with Técnicas Reunidas. Procurement and Contract Database improvement projects, Energy Improvement Project for the design of a new heat exchanger. Collaboration in coordination activities with Maintenance.
