I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 6 years of experience in manufacturing, line automation and control systems. I also have more than 2 years of experience in construction Project management. I am currently working at NextStar Energy as a Module Equipment Engineer. I specialize in enhancing production efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring equipment reliability in EV battery manufacturing. My expertise includes: Preventative & Breakdown Maintenance – Assist technicians, in troubleshooting and fixing issues of mechanical, robotic and control systems at the production line promptly to make sure the line meets the production targets. Process Optimization & Line Improvement – Improve production processes, enhance overall equipment efficiency (OEE), design, create, and implement solutions to reduce downtime, minimize scrap, and improve cost and performance. Analysis & Reporting – Root Cause Analysis using 5Why, Ishikawa, Pareto charts and other tools. 8D reporting. Communication & Collaboration – Formal communication (verbal, written) and collaboration with other teams like procurement, production, quality, EHS and utility related to work and non work. I am also experienced in programming, troubleshooting, and integrating PLC (Omron, Siemens, Allen Bradley) and Robotics (Nachi, Yaskawa) as well as mechanical, and pneumatic components. Besides, I have expertise in welding (SMAW, TIG, MIG), welder qualification, WPS, NDT Inspection and QA/QC Inspection, testing and auditing. I am in the work of creating a YouTube channel where I simplify science and technology concepts for curious minds. I am passionate about leveraging my engineering background to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scraps and drive sustainable energy practices.
