Lead the recruitment process for leadership hiring for all technical and non-technical positions. Hiring for National and International Locations (UK & Middle East) Roles Hired: Wealth Managers, Representative Head, AVP- Strategy, AVP- Risk, Operational Risk Management, DOT NET Developer, VP -HR, Project Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Head etc Domain expertise in E-Commerce and BFSI Good experience with Functional role hiring (Marketing, Finance, Administration etc) Managing client relations, defining and archiving client’s needs through requirement gathering, validation and on-going communication to fine tune the success of the search. Identifying, assessing and delivering professionals who have strengths targeted to the role needs and interpersonal skills that will positively impact client’s corporate culture. Leveraging subject matter expertise in recruitment workflow, candidate sourcing/selection, and client relationship management best practices. Represent in client meetings, taking notes and communicate with management on account servicing.

I was the first HR to join the company with no HR processes in place. Set up the entire HR function from scratch with absolutely no help from hiring through external agencies for the first 8 months in the company. Worked closely with all founders in setting up the foundation of HR at zero cost. Recruitment & Selection • Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions across functions and different levels to suit the requirements and closing the positions within TATs defined. • Sourcing candidates through various channels like free job portals, LinkedIn, iimjobs, angelist, internal database, referrals, head-hunting etc. scheduling & short listing candidates; salary negotiations; HR discussion, offer roll-out & follow-up. Onboarding & Inductions • Induction and orientation of new employees. Taking care of both pre and post joining formalities. • Creating & maintaining personal files & database for every employee • Walking the new joinees through the company’s history, culture, policies & procedures, payroll, leaves structure, etc. and walking them through the employee handbook. Employee Engagement • Organizing various events within the organization for keeping everyone engaged like dress code days, potluck, festival celebrations, welfare activities, competitions etc. • Attending to employees queries related to their salaries, leaves, investment declaration, & other HR related issues • Creating various policies & procedures with the objective of minimum rules and maximum output. Payroll, Exit & FNF Management • Produce and submit the payroll journal and the Headcount report to Finance Department on a monthly basis. • Conducting Exit interviews to understand what are the scope of improvements and working with the top management to implement the relevant feedbacks • Handling the complete FNF formalities for every employee and ensuring a smooth transition between the candidates of work.

• Profile entails rigorous research and networking activities. Also playing a role of Lead Account Manager for active set of clients • Resourcefully identifying & creating new business opportunities and acquisition of new accounts. • Drafting proposals, negotiations, account closures, expectation setting and agreements on commercial terms • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for middle and senior level hiring across various sectors like FMCG, ecommerce, Telecom, Banking, Healthcare for well established firms. • Dealing with new clients for manpower requirements, sending them our proposal and getting the job description. • Conducting preliminary interviews, scheduling interviews with the client, coordinating for final shortlists & selection. • Supporting the clients on conducting reference checks for final shortlist. • Maintaining an effective hiring report and recruitment database for future reference. • Maintaining recruitment analytics for clients as well as internal use. • Responsible for preparing & publishing the daily, weekly & monthly HR Reports

• To plan, strategize and improve upon the existing business practices • Building new relationships and strengthening existing relationships with corporate houses • New business acquisition by holding meetings, giving presentations with the representatives of clients • Product presentation including details of the venue, various offerings, USP of the product and creation of client specific event • Explanation of different events that can be done at Kingdom of Dreams and budgeting • Finding the event calendar of a corporate client • End to end planning and execution of the events • Also did an internship with them from Jan’12 to Mar’12 in Human resources handling Recruitments and Selection; Joining Formalities, HR Collaterals, HRMIS, Leave Management etc.
