* Design and conduct customized training programs for Sales & Marketing. * Ensuring that training & development initiatives are aligned with the organizational sales goals/ culture by utilizing contemporary pedagogy, learning tool & methodology. * Accountable for making schedules and plans to perform better in market. * Making marketing planning to generate sales and performing as per professional incumbents & weak performers as per their needs & requirements. * Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA), analyze training requirements while evaluating their errors. * Assess, recommend and implement processes, and provided solutions focused on improvement to applications and work methods for process & operations development. * Conceptualize and implement need based process modifications like Gap Analysis and Solution Designing after thorough analysis to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization. * Assist the managers in performing Events and other functions & identifying the training needs within the process for effective output.

* To conduct lectures on teamwork, time and stress management. * To conduct seminars & training programs to generate new admissions. * Meeting with juniors and seniors individual and groups to talk about various BTL Activities. * Agreeing a counseling contract to determine what will be included activity for business growth. (Including confidential issues). * Facilitated training on Communication, Group dynamic & Team building, Performance Appraisal, Motivation, Leadership, Stress Management & Time management. * Ensured implementation of work ethics & discipline among the team members.
