The export of water secures an average annual revenue of 7 million $ thus having a direct impact to the company’s bottom line. • Managing several internal and external stake holders was a major part of my responsibilities. It required building strong relations with all stakeholders through constant engagement. • As an O&M Manager I was expected to have strong analytical skills as well as commercial acumen. Technical and financial understanding is important aspect of this role.

Working in New ventures division, my prime responsibilities include carrying out technical appraisal of the business cases & economic viability analysis of power assets in International and domestic markets. During my stint in Business Development Division of Engro Powergen; I have worked on the following major projects. • I have been involved in Kolachi Portgen 450MW since year 2015. I supported the project from E&I side and was actively involved in EPC evaluations and negotiations up till the terms sheet signing stage. I also went to China to meet three EPC contractors for the very purpose. I also worked on the Grid Interconnection study formulation and approval process. • I played a pivotal role in formulating the O&M bid for 425MW Nandipur power plant in April, 2016 & managed to secure the competitive pricing from vendors for our bid. The task included an in-depth risk assessment for expected Ten year tenure of the contract. For my outstanding work, I was awarded the CEO’s sport award as well. • I was an integral part of the Hydro business development effort in which EPL acquired the LOI of DG Khan project and completed its bankable feasibility through the assistance of Fichtner GmBH Germany. • I also lead the effort of developing the bid for the 96MW Batakundi HPP in KPK. This was a unique experience as bidding has been carried out for the first time in hydro sector not just in Pakistan but all throughout the world. A competitive bid was submitted keeping in regard to all the risks attached with the project. • I assisted aptly in Offshore services Business Development effort of EPL– I carried out the Due Diligence exercises in Egypt, DRC and Indonesia. During the process I developed several O&M and PM cost models and proposals for various African and South East Asian Markets.
