My role at Monsha'at is Leading projects to support SME’s in terms of: - Scaling SME’s up by Tomoh program which contains 5 Projects: 1- Scaling up Medium size companies (Revenue >40m, <200m) 2- Scaling up Small size companies (Revenue >3m, <40m) 3- Scaling up Micro size companies (Revenue <3m) 4- Enable E-Commerce companies 5- Enable Stock ready companies by Elite. - Support SME’s in Government Procurement by: 1- Supporting SME’s in the Government Procurement law. 2- Supporting SME’s to intervene the Government procurement platform. 3- Listen to SME’s Pain points and try to solve it. 4- Initiate list of initiatives to support them in Government procurement

Responsible for ensuring that the Project Team completes the project. Develops the Project Plan with the team and manages the team’s performance of project tasks. Also responsible to secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders. responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team, and, in general, making sure the project is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.  Ongoing Program:   -  Ministry of finance – National Transformation Program:  o PMO and SMO establishment.  o 2030 vision Initiatives Planning and execution.   o Operate NTP office in MOF (Ministry of finance)

Manage overall responsibility for successful planning and execution of a project.
