Mai, Thi Ngoc Tran

With 9 years of work experience in project management, I am a driven, problem-solving, and communicative expert who is passionate about delivering high-quality results for complex projects and satisfying client needs. I have a strong background in international relations and affairs, and I have successfully worked on several projects involving foreign stakeholders. I value teamwork, communication and innovation, and I strive to contribute to the mission and vision of Tan Co Consulting and Trading JSC., a leading company in the industry in Vietnam. As the Vice Manager of the Project Department at Tan Co, I was responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of multiple projects, ensuring that they meet the scope, schedule, budget and quality standards of the clients and other stakeholders. I worked closely with customers and consultants, managed and coordinated the project teams and suppliers, as well as maintained effective communication and collaboration with all parties involved. Some of the most complex and strategic projects in the country that I have successfully completed material supplies and deliveries include the Nghi Son Petrochemical and Refinery Complex Project, Duyen Hai 3 Extension Power Plant Project, Hanoi Metro Project Line No.3 and Champarama Resort & Spa Project. These projects have enhanced my skills in personal drive, problem solving, communication, risk management, contract management and stakeholder management. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies and to apply them to improve the efficiency and quality of the projects. I left Tan Co in May 2023 to pursue new opportunities and challenges in Sweden.
