Hey, I’m Mahek Afrah. I’m part of the People & Culture team at First Economy, where I work across core HR functions—talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, payroll processing, HR policy creation, and everyday people operations. With a background in commerce and certifications in HR and digital marketing, I bring both structure and empathy to the work. Whether it’s streamlining a process or building a more engaging learning experience, I approach each task with equal parts logic and care. What drives me is the belief that great culture isn’t built through perks or posters—it’s in the small, consistent actions that make people feel valued and included.
