I observed that even the most talented artists and creatives, while shining individually, often discover their true brilliance when paired with others or as part of an ensemble, like artists in a band or co-hosts of a breakfast show. They certainly had more fun together than doing it alone! Taking this vibe to MADLY, I wanted to create a place buzzing with laughter and teamwork, where designers don't just work – they thrive. It's about making jewellery pieces that are more captivating because of the collective genius behind them. At MADLY, it's not just about making jewellery; it's about creating a family of creatives who push each other to dream bigger and do better. For me, growing MADLY is more than just business. It's about nurturing talent and dreams, and taking everyone on this amazing creative journey. That's what sets us apart and makes our jewellery not just sparkle, but truly sing! 💎✨

Recognized as one of Singapore's top English radio personalities for five consecutive years (based on multiple surveys by reputable research firms, including Australia's Xtra Insights), I have had the privilege of serving as the face and heart of Kiss92 FM since its inception in 2012. As the station's very first on-air talent, I played a pivotal role in shaping its unique voice and character. My career in radio spans over two decades of international experience, during which I've held various influential roles. This journey took me from being part of the programming team at Bangkok's Virgin Hitz 95.5FM to hosting the coveted evening drivetime slot on Singapore's 91.3FM. At each station, my contributions were instrumental in propelling them to #1 positions in terms of listener reach (cume) and market share for their respective frequencies and/or time belts. These accomplishments reflect my dedication and ability to engaging listeners, understanding market trends, and delivering compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Alongside Wez Barber, I co-founded Infinity Holdings International Co., Ltd., a multifaceted enterprise offering a spectrum of services. Our portfolio includes residential real estate solutions, catering to property buyers, sellers, lessors, and lessees in Bangkok. Moreover, we have a specialized technical division that focuses on Internet strategy and marketing, search engine optimization, and web design. Under our strategic guidance, we developed and subsequently sold several successful businesses, namely Bangkok Finder (https://www.bangkokfinder.com/) and Bangkok Home Services (https://bangkokhomeservices.com/). This experience was testament to our ability to create, nurture, and steer businesses towards lucrative exits.

In my tenure at Virgin Hitz 95.5 FM, Bangkok, Thailand, I progressively held the roles of Traffic Manager, Music Director, and ultimately, Program Director. Each role brought with it unique challenges and opportunities, all of which fostered my growth within the organization. As the Program Director, I was instrumental in orchestrating the station's rise to prominence as the #1 Contemporary Hit Radio (CHR) station in Bangkok. This achievement was a testament to our dedicated team's creativity, strategic planning, and listener-centric approach under my leadership.

During my tenure at RCS India, I spent a year in our Singapore office before transitioning to our Mumbai location for an additional year. My responsibilities included participating in the initial setup of numerous radio stations, including notable names like Radio Mirchi, Radio City, Red FM, and AIR FM, among others. This cross-cultural experience allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of diverse broadcast environments and broadened my expertise in station setup and management.

Landing my first job immediately after graduating from polytechnic, I made my entry into the broadcasting world by answering a radio audition call. It was the spark that ignited my career, and a dream come true for a fresh-faced graduate like myself. This initial exposure paved the way for my passion for radio and fostered my subsequent success in the industry.
