While driving my P&L, I engage in pre-sales and delivery activities at the Embedded Systems Competency Center. I lead a team of over 50 engineers, have worked with over 15 customers and delivered over 30 projects and services Main responsibilities: - Overseeing multiple projects (programs) from concept to delivery. - Mentor and develop aspiring Delivery Managers within the company. - Spearhead cross-functional collaborations to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

Engaged in several projects: - Development and validation of PC software set used for diagnostics and configuration of server platforms (more than 1 year) - Test Framework development and validation of PC Software used for storage Input / Output operations acceleration (about 3 years) - Validation of Software used for configuration and management of Redundant Arrays of Independent Disks (more than 1 year) Main responsibilities: - Planning and coordinating the work of the team (e.g., scheduling tests execution flow, reporting on the work progress, notifications in advance of any difficulties or delays) - Supporting Backlog maintenance (tasks breakdown, workload estimation) - Team building (considering both, work atmosphere and recruitment tasks) - Team management (e.g., sharing feedback, conducting annual meetings) - Establishing and facilitating rules and processes in team workflow - Work-tracking dashboard development and maintenance - Participation in features and test cases design - Contributing to tests strategy and tests plan

Main responsibilities: - Implementation of new features for the embedded platform (like configuration storage changes, system booting sequence extension) - Extending the device’s software simulator to reflect existing device functionalities - Writing software for communication protocol tests - Fixing reported bugs detected in firmware - Reconfiguration of the version control system - Creating and updating technical documentation
