Job Scope: 1. Controlling * Control and ensure stock (Fast and Slow moving) item daily basis with 3 categories like Stock, Non Regular Stock, Consignment. * Re-order & Blanket Order process follow with Min-Max orders from ERP system e.g. OPS (Online Purchasing System) and do communicate with procurement / buyer to achieve goods as per schedule. 2. Reporting * Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly consumption report with all of internal stake holder. * Do shipping process for export goods to outside company by using DHL system and FEDEX *Prepare GRN, Issuing material voucher each department needs. * Coordinating all 5S activities at the office / plant location and I’m Responsible for implementing 5S.

Job Scope: 1. Training Center * Support manage training needs in coordination with apprentice employee to conduct internal & external training. * Prepared employee training documents such as certificates after which I input them into the system that employees have completed internal and external training and then I support monthly update training report employee on system. 2. Recruitment * Do check manning process for recruitment candidates employee * Prepared summary of the test results after that to arrange for interview candidates employee.
