-Oversee team of Buyers for Textiles, Bath + Closet departments -Work with team to reach target sell through on seasonal categories -Continuous inventory level review + budget review -Plan and facilitate vendor meetings or trade show trips -Work with leadership to execute company goals

-Responsible for purchasing for several categories concurrently including but not limited to; Rugs, Pillows, Throws, Wall Decor, Giftable items, Pet, Bedding + Bath -Analyze inventory on a regular basis + place POs -Stay in tune with the home decor marketplace through continuous product review, vendor meetings, social media and trade shows -Strengthen vendor relationships through consistent communication, meetings and product expansion -Introduce new ideas and implement into allotted product space -Sharpen negotiation skills when adding new items and reviewing existing SKUs -Develop new ideas and execute products to bring to the store level

-Manage the flow of POs being placed from sending the POs to reviewing vendor's paperwork and labeling -Communicate with international and domestic vendors -Track shipments for all buying seasons -Assist buyer with managing samples -Ensuring products are up to date on labels

-Maximize space allocation for products while meeting fixture guidelines -Use CAD to draw planograms that distributed to all stores -Photograph products for inventory database -Work with buyers to achieve their merchandising goals for new layouts
