My position consisted of providing tax resolution assistance to customers at the personal and business tax level. I spent my day negotiating tax resolutions with both IRS and State Revenue Officers. I also worked to retain clients and collect retainer fees.

Data Owner and Product Manager of all hospital related data. Analyzes Hospital Data provided by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Ensures data integrity by updating and implementing any changes necessary. Provides support to the Hospital Data Manager by providing data analysis on State All Payer and Medicare Data. Other projects include hospital merging decisions, ratings analysis, and process improvement

I provide assistance to the Provider Services Division of HealthGrades. My job includes but is not limited to creating presentations for the hospital marketing consultants, working closely with the all departments within the Provider Services Division which include SQI, CERC, and all senior level management. I also am an expert at Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

As a member of the Data Engineering team, I was brought on to help create the vision and roadmap for our Consumer Data as a Service (CDaaS) product. In addition to driving the strategy for CDaaS, I have been charged with paving the way for our other data capabilities by leading the execution of our Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) roadmap. I lead the release of the first version of our Consumer360 that was leveraged for our MVP launch of our CRM Platform. I am manager to one Product Owner who supports me in executing the strategy . The current initiatives I am driving are implementing our new data platform and launching the data services for the Consumer Intelligence Platform.

* Responsible for providing business and technical requirements for all health institution and ancillary data that is consumed by all HealthGrades products and services. * Subject Matter Expert in hospital data which includes hospital billing behaviors, healthcare systems, medicare and state patient claims, procedure costs & charges information, and DRG's. * Provides technical and business teams with guidance regarding data usage and unique behaviors of health care data. * Highly involved with initial data staging for high profile products such as HealthGrades Hospital Awards and Ratings creation, Data Extracts, and the HealthGrades website. * Works very closely with hospital data related to outcomes, process measures, and patient experience data.
