Lynda Salvo

I am the Founder and CEO of Explorers Early Learning. I commenced in the Early Childhood industry in 2006 after the birth of my 2 little boys. I needed childcare and a job and there was no childcare where I lived. I opened my first early childhood centre in December 2006 in St Kilda. I called it Tree House Child Care (later changed to Tree House Early Learning). The centre was named after the beautiful Moreton Bay Fig Tree on the property. In 2014 I commenced Explorers Early Learning. I am proud that Explorers is Australian and family owned. Part of the success of both Tree House and Explorers has been the wonderful people that I have been lucky to have as part of my team. I am always looking for great people to come and work for Explorers. Explorers Early Learning is expanding around Victoria with plans to expand interstate soon. Our goal is to continue to expand whilst not only maintaining, but continuously working at improving quality. As part of my early childhood journey, I also build early learning centres. I feel this helps us create a higher quality standard of centre.
