About
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer, ClinSurge ResearchMy career in clinical research began where it matters most - at the site level. Over the past 12 years, I have had the privilege of building, running, and growing some of Canada's most active research programs, from the ground up and from the inside out.I started as a Clinical Research Coordinator at LMC Clinical Research - what would become Centricity Research - progressing through regional and national operations roles over nearly a decade. In that time, I helped shape one of Canada's most successful Integrated Research Organizations: managing multi-site operations, leading clinical project delivery, and building the infrastructure that allows research sites to perform at their best. My work has spanned endocrinology, cardiology, neurology, dermatology, and beyond - across every phase and a wide range of therapeutic areas and sponsors. In January 2025, I co-founded ClinSurge Research alongside an exceptional team of industry leaders. As Chief Operations Officer, I am responsible for the full operational success of our organization - from the systems and processes that keep our studies running, to the staff and physician teams who deliver them, to the participant experience that sits at the heart of everything we do.ClinSurge is not just a new site network. It is a deliberate build - designed with intention, purpose-built for research excellence with exceptional patient experience embedded at every layer. We are committed to doing this work the right way.If you are also passionate about doing clinical research the right way - with the patient and the site team at the centre - I'd love to connect.
