Responsible for overseeing the construction of homes in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to schedules. Supervise and direct all construction aspects, ensuring quality standards and schedules are met and profitability is assured. Coordinate construction activities, from inception to move-in, including scheduling and supervising trade partners. Oversee the construction process, including pre-construction meetings, inspections, and final walkthroughs.

Inspecting and enforcing job safety requirements. Assist in preparing and maintaining job schedules. As well as, interacting with various division personnel, subcontractors, business partners, and homeowners. Attend construction meetings and training classes as scheduled. Complete ‘punch lists’ and assist in completion of new home orientation lists.

Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so that merchandise is easy to locate. Creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and easy for customers to access. Being friendly and professional, and engaging vendors and associates to meet store goals. Watering plants and making sure they are presentable to the customers.

Worked with CMPD personnel in a range of assignments throughout the department. Exposed to effective problem-solving and partnership-building skills. Gained a better understanding of the day-to-day operations of a police department. Participated in weekly ride-alongs.

Served as a part-time law enforcement officer with Appalachian State University's police department, responsible for campus safety, patrolling assigned zones, responding to alarm calls, ensuring student safety, and enforcing laws as well as school policy. Built relationships with students and staff through community outreach efforts and proactive approaches to strengthen the campus community.

Entry-level position in preparation to obtain certification as a sworn law enforcement officer in the state of North Carolina. Conducted campus security patrols and offered transportation services to students and staff all while undergoing preliminary preparation for basic law enforcement training.

Saw the daily operations of how a Sheriff’s Department operated. Worked with each division in the department and learned how they operated. Helped log evidence into the system for open cases.

Did dual enrollment my senior year of High School to earn college credit that transferred over.
