- Experienced project leader for more than 10 year managing more than 5 complex projects (under PMI methodology and scrum framework) with more than 5 Mio euros as budget and 2 year schedule by each one. - Experience performing technical and general risk management for product projects. - Expert about problem solving techniques. - Strong soft skill able to integrate functional departments (Development, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply chain management, Marketing, Controlling, accounting, Sales and customer service) to achieve project targets (time, cost, quality and scope mainly) and build up collaborative project teams. - Responsible to develop and improve steels for home appliances with special mention on ferritic stainless steel, cold roll steel, galvanized and cold rolled steel for enameling processes. - Responsible to coordinate between technical products expert and process engineers assuring that product development process and lean manufacturing must be considering and implemented.

Peru is basically a mining country and finished goods are imported from the main producers in the world (mainly located in China, USA, Europe). I am aware that experience in home appliances development within Peru is quiet limited thus is important to spread this knowledge and experience over enthusiastic students. My goal is that Peru becomes in the biggest finished good manufacture in the region.

Responsible to create drawings for mechanical devices especially for beverage industries. The scope of my responsibilities includes coordination with logistics and production. Here we could design, tests, manufacture and install PET bottle pneumatic transportation in different regions in the country.
