• Overseeing procurement from countries such as Australia, China, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, USA. • Supervising and producing replenishment reports. • Supervising pricing checks and incoterms. • Processing of official purchase orders. • Checking and signing off final costings for GRV. • Arranging payments to suppliers. • Ensuring that the buying team expedite production, lead-times, shipping and delivery. • Coordinating the collection and shipping of cargo. • Monitoring open orders and back orders. • Track and tracing of shipments. • Checking, verifying and providing correct tariff codes to the clearing agents. • Arranging customs clearance with agents. • Ensuring that all goods are cleared correctly. • Arranging and ensuring that permits and relevant customs applications are in place. • Arranging deliveries to warehouse. • Supervising the receiving and checking of goods. • Managing GRV’s, document management and filing. • Responding to queries that may arise.

• Procurement from countries such as Australia, China, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK, USA. • Running a replenishment report on SAP. • Processing purchase quotations and official purchase orders. • Processing provisional and final costings. • Arranging advance payments to suppliers. • Liaising with suppliers regarding production and lead times. • Coordinating the collection and shipping of cargo. • Providing tariff codes for the goods. • Arranging customs clearing with agents, this includes verifying clearing documentation. • Arranging deliveries to warehouse. • Preparing landed cost of the goods • Processing GRV of consignments.
