I lead the Integrated Talent Experience HR Directorate across Grupo Carrefour Brasil, overseeing Talent Attraction, Selection & Onboarding; Education & Training; Talent and Organizational & People Development; Culture & Change Management; Internal Communication; and Employer Branding & EVP throughout the entire ecosystem, including Atacadão, Carrefour, Postos, Drogarias, Sam’s Club, Banco Carrefour, Carrefour Property, and corporate functions. Leading a team of more than 120 strategic professionals, I am responsible for shaping and deploying the Group’s people strategy across all businesses, ensuring consistency in culture, leadership, talent, communication, and employee experience while respecting the unique characteristics and operational realities of each banner and business model. Today, we support a workforce of more than 120,000 associates across over 500 units throughout Brazil, driving transformation initiatives focused on culture, engagement, development, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. Our mission is to build an integrated and future-ready talent ecosystem that strengthens collaboration, accelerates growth, and reinforces the power of the Carrefour Group Brazil ecosystem. In close connection with the Global Carrefour Group agenda, I also contribute to the implementation and localization of global culture, leadership, learning, and talent initiatives, ensuring alignment between global strategic priorities and the realities of the Brazilian operation. This includes supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs, leadership and succession initiatives, capability-building journeys, change management strategies, and global talent and culture frameworks designed to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and long-term organizational sustainability across markets.

I led the HR Directorate for Atacadão, part of Grupo Carrefour Brasil, overseeing all HR areas and sub-functions, including Talent Attraction & Selection, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Talent and Organizational Development, Business Partnering, Culture & Change Management, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Labor Relations, Occupational Health & Well-being, HR Indicators & Efficiency, Payroll, and HR Shared Services. In this role, I led a team of more than strategic and operational 1,000 HR professionals, supporting over 75,000 associates across more than 400 stores and over 20 distribution centers and wholesale operations throughout Brazil. Beyond operational excellence, my role was deeply connected to business strategy, organizational transformation, and sustainable growth, ensuring that people decisions were fully aligned with Atacadão’s ambitions and the broader strategic direction of the Carrefour Group Brazil ecosystem. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, I drove initiatives focused on culture, performance, leadership, efficiency, employee experience, and organizational scalability, always balancing operational reality with long-term transformation priorities. This position also played a key role in strengthening integration, governance, and synergies across the Group, reinforcing a people strategy capable of supporting one of the largest retail and wholesale operations in Latin America.
