-develop new customers to maintain a high level of sales achievement as well as implement sales strategies and plan -maintain good relationship with customers and provide basic technical information of products -provide feedback to management regularly including competitor’s activity, products’ reputation, market trends and customer satisfaction

-sales and marketing activities to promote programmes offered by Despark College -strategize and implement plans to increase the number of students -represent Despark College in marketing activities including roadshows and exhibitions

-involve in recruitment and talent acquisition activities including interview arrangement, manage hardcopy and softcopy of resume for job applications, conduct cold calls to potential candidates as well as data entry -participate in other staffing event such as career fairs and walk-in interview

-create the blueprint or pattern pieces for a particular apparel design including grading and adjusting the pieces for different sized garment -test patterns by making and fitting sample garments -draw details on outlined parts to be indicate where parts are to be joined as well as the positions of pleats, pockets, buttonholes and other features using drafting instruments -determine the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize waste of materials and fabric
