- Independently conducted preclinical in vivo studies (PK/PD) by dosing in the CNS (stereotactic surgery) or periphery (IV, IP, SC). - Performed terminal tissue and blood collection. This included dissecting brain sub-regions (e.g., hippocampus, cortex, brainstem) and peripheral tissues. - Aligned with cross-functional teams including chemistry production and bioanalytical sciences to achieve study objectives. - Assisted in maintaining vivarium operations, animal health monitoring, and supply management. - Conducted high-throughput RNA extraction (Qiagen or KingFisher) and perform qPCR analysis. - Performed qPCR data analysis and presented data and interpretations to company leadership.

- Independently conducted in vivo studies, primarily dosing via intracranial or tail vein injections, as well as necropsy, tissue collection, and processing to support targeted experiments for central nervous system (CNS), muscle, and kidney indications. - Optimized protocols for DNA or RNA extraction from various tissues and performed qPCR analysis for data presentations. - Managed and maintained mouse breeding colonies, which included breeding pair management, genotyping, record keeping, and ordering mice. - Collaborated with Charles River Accelerator and Development Lab (CRADL), including the attending veterinarian, lab manager, and technicians, to ensure seamless and efficient execution of in vivo studies. Additionally coordinated with the Evercrisp Team to ensure dosing materials met quality control standards. - Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the in vivo team.
