Developed and Led strategic planning, actions and program management for 3 large scale transformation/restructuring activities within the DePuy Synthes Global Supply Chain Procurement group. Managed an annual budget of $45MM covering a global team of 150 members within 6 different cross functional groups. Delivering over $150MM in sustainable value within a 5yr strategic horizon and reduced global footprint by 40%. Through commercial and R&D alignment, strategically developed and executed sourcing growth strategy for emerging markets in ASPAC. Served chief of staff to CPO for Depuy Synthes business while leading transformation program. Completed multiple rounds of organizational designs, re-orgs and helped CPO run all leadership meetings, agenda, budgets, milestones, etc.
