• Provide modeling/econometric technical assistance and SAS/Stata programming support to the division on a range of matters related to vulnerable populations in the United States • Initial projects include evaluations of the Affordable Care Act (including impacts on inequality), inter-agency modeling of the resources required to end youth homelessness in the U.S., and microsimulation of proposed increases in the minimum wages and how existing policy levers can further reduce child poverty in the States. • More recent work focuses on family instability, paid family leave policy proposals, and the links between the opioids epidemic and economic opportunity in America.

• Core responsibilities center on statistical analysis and the specification of reduced-form regression models • Other duties include presenting econometric findings to interested parties, legal counsel, and governmental agencies (FTC or DOJ), as well as case management, memo writing, and the preparation and editing of expert reports • Case research primarily focused on the estimation of merger effects or the calculation of economic damages • Accumulated over eight years of SAS programming experience
